Norwalk Police Department has forms available for property owners to fill out and serve on problem people. Once a criminal trespass notice has been served, it can be filed with the Norwalk Police Department. Any violation of the notice will result in the prosecution of the offender for criminal trespass. The forms may be picked up at the Norwalk Police Department. If you have a fax machine we can fax a copy of the form to you.
