Reserve Officers have limited ability to work due to budget issues in 2009 and 2010.
Norwalk City Ordinance allows a working force of up to 15 reserve officers. They are
considered for hire after completing an Ohio Peace Officer Training Council approved
Basic Police Academy. They must pass the same rigorous background investigation as
full-time applicants. |
